This service is operated by Shmaya Schwartz ("we", "us", "our"), providing the Q Home Sales platform for real estate agents to draft, sign, and send Offers to Purchase. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

- Client and deal data you enter: buyer/seller names, property addresses, offer terms, signatures.
- Support and communications: messages you send us.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser/device identifiers.
- Billing identifiers: subscription status and customer ID returned by our payment provider. Card details are handled by Paddle, not us.

- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account closure we delete or anonymise data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. tax records held by Paddle).
