Q Home Sales, operated by Shmaya Schwartz, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
  2. Select the order and submit a refund request.
  3. Alternatively, contact us at 845-354-4663 and we will help coordinate with Paddle.

Free trial

Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
